You can always post a link to a recipe it you want, provided the site it's in is not itself infringing copyright. Or if it's one of your own adapted over time then that's fine too. We just have to be careful not to step on anyone's toes.
 
Hi I made the fruit cake yesterday. When my daughter came home from school, the first thing she said was 'oooohhhh what's that lovely smell' 🙂

The cake was rather crispy around the edges, I think I should of wrapped clingfilm right underneath the bottom of the ceramic dish when it was in the microwave also maybe it could of had 5 mins less ( I have never microwaved a cake before!). But, saying that, it was tasty and my daughter has taken a piece to school. So next time...........more clingfilm and less cooking time😛 Thanks for the receipe Sheena
 
CW76. I am so happy that you are pleased with the cake. I use this cake as a 'hypo stopper' it keeps well in a tupperware box. Nice too with sugar free custard! Yum...
