Previous Medical History:
1998 - 2006: 6 bouts of pancreatitis.
June 2007: Gall bladder removed.
May 2019: Pacemaker fitted for Bradycardia and Arrhythmia.
February 2021 diagnosed as pre-diabetic (Prescribed Alogliptin).

03rd Feb 2021: 45
23rd Aug 2021: 48
04th Oct 2021: 54
14th Apr 2022: 54
21st Jun 2022: 49
03rd Oct 2022: 44
22nd Mar 2023: 48

(Prescibed Metformin MR along with Alogliptin). Weight: 94Kg / 14st 11lb.
Nov 23: Asked GP about T3c and Metformin increased.
Dec 23: Blood splatter in lower left eye (Diabetic event).
Apparently my eyes have freckles.
Weight: 89Kg / 14st 0lb
Vitamin D supplement (it’s been low for 2 years).

Weight: 85Kg / 13st 5lb
Being treated as T2 but could be T3c.
Other meds: Colestyramine, Omeprazole, Folic Acid, Duloxetine.

I’ve just had a text from the pharmacy to say they have a script ready for me to collect.
