Has anyone experienced Brain Fog using metformin? I am constantly reading about it, it may well be fake news but there is a lot about it , must admit i have problems with it. If i could ever get hold on my diabetic nurse id ask her , im just stopping it.
 
No i think the fog is more to do with Blood Sugar levels rather than the Metformin, i used to get when i was Diet and exercise alone as well.
