Now on Tuesday Evening went to upload my meter but for some reason said the date was 2019 instead of 2017. Checked The meter and it said 2017 all settings as it should be, so uninstalled the software completely reinstalled all fine. tried the meter again and lo and behold it downloaded only 4 of 480 results an said it was 2019.

Spoke to Bayer on weds day and told them looking for advice and they said they would send me a new meter which came on Saturday and works great perfect all settings spot on, now it means that I have lost all my results so having to start all over again. Lucky I write down all my numbers in to a word processor so have a record on paper going back to 2013.
It is a newer meter then my last one so going to take a few days used to it. .

They certainly don't last forever Donald - how old was it?

It was a Contour xt and I got it July 2013 got it from the GP

I've lost mine. It's in the house but do you think I can find the blooming thing. Searched high and low even in the linen cupboard. I'm usually very organised and put things back in their place but I must be getting senile in my old age.

You'll find it when you are looking for something else
