It goes without saying I would like to wish all the lovely people on here a very Merry Christmas too and the best of luck for 2013.

Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas but also thinking of those such as Spiritfree who are finding it hard going. It's a very difficult time to be sad I think. I lost a close aquaintance this week - only 43, can't exactly call her a friend but when we did see each other we would chat about health stuff and understand one another. So here's hoping that we can all do the best we can with Christmas and find moments of loveliness somewhere in the celebrations. And big hugs to those who are sad.xxx
