Only one set of elastic loops was big enough to take a disposable pen & the mesh pouch too small to take the meter.
You could easily fit 2 pens in that surely? Loads of space, just stick the cap through the elastic of pen doesn’t go. If two pens plus loads more fits in the lite then they’ll fit in that much bigger case too.
 
I shopped online for my ✻unisex✻ 'diabetic' travel bag ..though, to be fair, it is still in its original packaging ..in the bottom drawer of my diabetes station.
 
Have a wee bag that attaches to belt which is handy if only out for few hours at a time, when travelling use a backpack which isn't enormous but adequate to carry all my stuff plus water & things like that.
