Hi Curdster - I Definitely DEFINITELY recommend DAFNE! I thought I could 'bully' my diabetes fairly well so that it didn't impact too much on day to day life (did D of E, active camps with cadets, etc etc) but it wasn't til I did DAFNE that I really truely got some proper flexibility (without just having to over do insulin & scoff the whole time!). It was FAB finally to get a really good link between action & reaction too! I can honestly say it was like a new lease of life - definitely recommended! 🙂 Yes, I'm a fan!
