Has anyone experienced a No Delivery alarm while changing the reservoir on a Veo pump?

I had this alarm on Wednesday during the "fill tubing" action. Holding ACT once the pump had rewound, I got the alarm whilst watching for insulin coming out of the other end of the tube.

I had the same thing happen this evening when I next changed reservoir.

No alarm during normal use.

Yes I've had this once or twice, and just removed the reservoir from the pump, disconnected and reconnected the tubing to the reservoir, rewound the pump and started again and it was fine. I think it may have happened because the end of the tubing wasn't firmly enough connected to the top of the reservoir. It shouldn't keep happening though, so contact Medtronic if it does.

My animas pump tells me no delivery not primed whilst I am changing the cartridge. It only does this though if the pump tries to deliver the spurt of insulin on the 3 min mark and finds it can't. I just tell it to shut up and carry on loading the cartridge and then reprime the pump.

Yes - twice in 18 month and agree with Redkite that it seems happen when the connection between the tube bit and the reservoir, where it's meant to click in to place, is not quite connected.

Thanks, folks. Those explanations make sense. I was just nervous about it as I'm very new to this.
