I use the Dr Wolf products.... especially the daily wash. I haven't had an itchy attack since it was recommended to me by a friend of my sister 2 years ago.Hi Everyone. I am just a bit unsettled. I have been on Empagliflozin 10mg for several months, it was added to my twice daily metformin. The itching got worse and I had a check up with an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, between us we decided that I come off Empagliflozin, and the Diabetes nurse is ringing me on Monday to talk about what to do, I am anxious as today my usual readings of 7 - 7.2 are 9.3 as this morning was the first morning off it. I will test each day now and hopefully it won't go higher and be extra careful with what I eat.
I am surprised it was a sudden stop but I also wanted the symptoms to stop too.
People think it's funny but it's no joke. I would sit crying clenching and unclenching my legs. I started trimming my nails right down and wearing cotton gloves to bed as I would rake myself stupid in my sleep to the point of bleeding. All the GP ever gave me was anti fungals
My advice is try it and hopefully it will work as well with you as it does me.
