Roche sent that to us all in July, whilst we were on holiday Alan. I didn't acknowledge it for a couple of weeks until we got a reliable internet connection , by which time I'd had at least two reminders that I hadn't returned to 'receipt' LOL

It did remind me to change the battery though!

Thought I'd seen it before! Perhaps they've had a lot of people that haven't returned to 'receipt'! 🙂
