Hi
My meal times have always been all over the place sometimes 3 meals sometimes 2 or even just 1 big meal a day at all different times each day. Do i need to start eating at set times to help my blood sugers or does it not matter that much.

I think it’s very individual @mark1985

Some on the forum have found benefits in a more regular eating schedule to spread food out during their day, and reduce snacking.

Others have found strategies like ‘time restricted eating’ and/or eating fewer meals have actively helped their blood glucose management.

Still others find benefit in having ‘regular eating’ days interspersed with very low calorie ‘fasting’ days (eg the 5:2 diet)

As with so many diabetes things, it’s sort of a ‘try it and see’ situation.
