Are you sure you've got the rules correctly?
The main gist is to follow the last word (or any last part of it) in the song title.

So my last post:

Against The Grain - Garth Brooks

could be followed up with
Grain I couldn't think of a song starting with Grain so I can use the word's letters like this
Rain In The Summertime - The Alarm
Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head - B.J. Thomas
Ain't Got You - Bruce Springsteen
Into The Mystic - Van Morrison etc.

Sorry i thought Barley was grain . So it has to be in the title. Others too did not do this .
Lyrics on the fields of barley where i got the grain from sorry.
