I just discovered these at Sainsburys - they should be on the restricted drugs register they are soooo moorish! Let me know what you
think. The nutritional info for 3 servings is for the cashews, the 6-7 is for the peanuts.
Cheers Tony.

Ohhh I love marmite (even have a teaspon of the stuff rather than on toast or a cracker) and I love nuts. Basically I am doomed. The only thing that might put a halt to this is the last time I had a nut fest I chipped my tooth and had to go to dentist. But they look so tempting...I just discovered these at Sainsburys - they should be on the restricted drugs register they are soooo moorish! Let me know what you

I've only seen them in our local Sainsbury's at Talbot Heath Bournemouth.I will give them a go. I do not have an adictive personality. (Not sure that sounds right). I wonder if sainsburys sell them
It's the protein content that causes the blood sugar problems🙂 I always have the same problem with high fat and or protein meals. Pumps are fab due to being able to do extended boluses.Cashews are too high carb for me so I don't buy them at all and I really need to cut down on my peanut intake as they definitely push my levels up and need repeated insulin corrections for hours afterwards to bring them down again (much more so than their carb content would suggest), so I understand your concerns about addiction even without the Marmite. Portion control is a huge issue with nuts for me, so don't you be tempting me to eat more!! 😉
@Gwynn Just get them online, I posted the link on this thread for you, here it is again: https://www.graze.com/uk/Just went out around town. Sainsburys don't have them here. Not Tesco, B&M Bargains, LIDL.
Shame.
I may walm the 5 miles to Morrisons tomorrow to try to get some. Or not.
No hope at all my friend.........but each to his or her (I suppose we should put this in nowadays) - or it's own.Managed to get a packet of the cashews yesterday. I think I must be very very ill, I didn't like thrm at all. Is there any hope for me?
