Marmite crisps

C the manager of LH gave me a pack of marmite crisps They were yummy didt know they excisted the first snack i have had in a long while

They are one of my particular favourites and a big bag is only 17g of carbs (had some yesterday!)

I love marmite....love it on chedder cheese

But i will avoid crisps....used to be one of my weeknesses but im out of the habit now

Marmite on wholemeal toast with butter used to be a real favourite treat for me. Now I very occasionally have a sesame Ryvita with butter and Marmite.

I nearly bought some Twiglets yesterday but looked at the carbs and put them back. They were my favourite party snack or even a Twiglet sandwich.

I like sliced tomato on marmite on Ryvita. I tried marmite and peanut butter having seen jars of that mixture. It was OK.

Lovely, anything marmite does for me.

When having boiled eggs like my toast cut into soldiers smothered with marmite, then scrape eggs out at end into slice of toast dripping in butter & again marmite, sometimes add slice of cheese also as combination is delicious.

Im ex military......without the marmite, what you have discribed is approaching what is known as an 'almost egg banjo'

Oooohh egg banjos. My hubby is ex military and that certainly takes me back to 30 odd years ago to a quick snack washed down by NATO standard tea or coffee while packing or unpacking between many house moves.
