Marks and Spencers 85% chocolate.

Relationship to Diabetes

Our local Tesco Metro in the town centre is closed at the moment for structual reasons and I hadn’t realised so couldn’t pop in for my Lindt/ Green and Blacks ( depending on offers) 85%. So went in to M & S to see if they did their own version. They did, at 2 quid! But needs must. Got home after a hard day’s shopping, sat down to relax with my chocolate and was confronted with the following....see photo. Hmmm... chocolate doesn’t even touch the sides with me so I am damned if I am going to hunt down Oloroso sherry and fresh Medjool dates! Did make me laugh though. :D

Me too- I have my 'emergency' bar in the cupboard when the chocolate craving gets too darn much 😱
