I'm abit scared of things like this so as you I know I purchase fresh Keto loafs/roll and pre mix for beadmaker. But got what I needed from H & B and took the plunge today, it was so easy but got the breadmaker to kneed it then shaped it let it rise in the airing cupboard for an hour and 35mins later a fantastic bread which I had with my dinner then sliced and put in the freezer.

Well cuffed :D

Congrats!
i tried that loaf and it was an unmitigated disaster the first time. I ended up with basically a baked puddle :D

Yes, I think it's a fine line as to the amount of water you use, it says a cup but I used about 3/4 it didn't look great but opened the oven door and was impressed. Cooled it sliced it then put in freezer it is really nice.
