I made the crustless quiche for tea tonight and loved it I am so glad LeeLee pointed me in the right direction for this quiche.
I added some broccoli that I had left over from last nights tea and some ham that didn't taste of much in a sandwich even dropped some in for my mother in law to try as she is on a diet.
So much info on here that is helpful will be going through more of the recipes when I have time, have my 1st appointment with diabetic nurse on Friday so hopefully from looking on here I will not be as overwhelmed by the info she will give me.

Well done Helen, it's worth the effort. Now you can start experimenting with flavours!

I found it took no effort at all to make was one of easiest tea's I have made for ages my mother in law enjoyed her piece as well and asked me for the recipe when you taste things like this it doesn't seem too bad having to diet.
