Hi, sorry if this has been asked many times before but I am type 2 and struggling for ideas for lunch at work. We have extremely limited facilities (just a fridge).
I am happy to make things to take with me but I need some ideas please that don't require heating or cooking while I'm there. I do take salads but theres only so much you can do with a salad and it gets a little monotonous.
Any suggestions please but must not contains nuts as it's a nut free food site.

Soups, stews, curries in a food flask?

roll ups of sliced meat and cheese (rollitos in the supermarkets but I prefer the cheese on the outside)

keto crackers and cheese, olives, tomatoes

tub of egg or tuna mayo (homemade is better to control ingredients and which oils are used)

slices of crustless quiche or frittata

They are great thank you, especially with the cold weather coming a flask would be a good idea, I will do some googling for a decent one.

I will also look for the keto crackers next time I go shopping as can have those with loads of things.

Again thank you.

I think you’ll find you need to make your own crackers. The good news is there’s quite a few recipes ad they are generally very easy and quite forgiving.

my current favourite cobbled together from a number of others in the image attached. Or there’s this one I started with thinlicious.com/fathead-crackers/
