Sorry I can't remember what it is called, but when I was younger I used to inject in the same place all the time and now I have a big flabby belly. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

The belly or the lumps?

I don't think you can get rid of the lumps, but having said that. I had some hypertrophic scarring on my arms and legs where the eczema used be at it's worst and they vanished a few years after the eczema went. Perhaps if you avoid those areas from now on, the lumps will fade away on their own?

There are also preparations (such as Bio-Oil?) that are supposed to improve the appearance of scars, but I've no idea if they work.

Key thing is not to inject any more in places where you have fatty lumps under skin in abdomen. Gradually, they will get smaller disappear. They're called lipohypertrophy.

However, "a big flabby belly" sounds more like general fat tissue, in your tummy area, which can only be decreased by losing weight overall, and perhaps toning exercises - fat can't be changed to muscle, but if underlying muscle tissue increases, fat may not be so noticeable.
