I'm always on the look out for low carb food, as most of us are. In Poundland I've discovered Novo easy Protein 'Protein Bites'. 11g carb, 147 cal a packet and they don't seem to send my numbers rocketing. Hurray :D
'Expanded oven baked protein flakes' - sounds yummy😛
Goodness knows what soya protein isolate is!

Umm, sounds lovely? Don't they make yarn out of soya protein as well? 😉

ETA. Just Googled, yes they do. 😱

Might let you all try them first...I'm a bit disturbed by the "contact us for a full list of ingredients" comment at the bottom, if you guys turn green and rampage in the streets I might give it a miss 😉

still 'normal' so far, but there's a strange tingling in my fingers...😱

I think I'll stick with Babybels, biltong and pork scratchings....

Lightly salted corn cakes are low carb. Take a bit of getting used to. Taste better with butter on them.🙂
