Has anyone ever tried doing pancakes using almond flour, ad soya or almond milk? Would this work?

Currently, I do conventional pancakes but use powdered sweetener on them.

You can make flax meal pancakes.

I'm going to try the cream cheese pancakes. Can't make them too big as they fall apart apparently, but I've heard that taste like flat cheesecakes.

Or simply have a smaller pancake, or fewer normal pancakes?

I've never put sweetener in a pancake - just a pinch of salt same as you do with any batter baking.

Fraid I do still pair em with sugar and lemon juice though. Oh mea culpa.

I rather think ground almonds are far too 'heavy' once they are wet, to get enough air into the batter, frankly.
