Hi new to the forum been reading some good advice. I've been Type 2 since 2006 had excellent control on diet and exercise. This last year HB1Ac gone up just had a result of over 90, also have got protein in water which I have had for ages. I've been given Metformin to take and going for renal ultrasound. After reading the forum I have started low carb diet. I have the carbs and cal book and track food on an app. I walk every day, do weights and go to gym when we are allowed. What I was wondering if I feel hungry on low carb what can eat as a good snack because I thought it wasn't good to feel hungry when diabetic. I know my body will take time to get used to the low carb diet.
