Hi all,
Just wondering if any one can recommend a good low carb cookbook, which has everyday foods so my family can enjoy too .

For quite a while we used Robin Ellis's books, which are easy to follow (I'm not a good cook!). This is the actor Robin Ellis, the original Poldark, and he is type 2. He uses a lot of herbs, spices and wine 🙂 and this is the link on Amazon (if I've got it right...) https://smile.amazon.co.uk/s?k=robi...fix=Robin+ell,aps,171&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-a-p_2_9

Hello again @Kimblewoman

This came up recently in another thread and Tom Kerridge's Dopamine Diet seemed to get a lot of praise from different members.

The Hairy Bikers T2 cookbook seems to get plenty of thumbs up too 🙂

You might also find so e useful tips, suggestions and recipes in the ‘Enjoy Food’ part of the DUK website - though that is not necessarily low-carb focussed: https://www.diabetes.org.uk/guide-to-diabetes/enjoy-food
Thankyou so much for your help, much appreciated.

The Katie Caldesi books get fantastic press:

Sometimes they appear in The Works, allegedly, but I can't find them in there at the moment.

I bought one called Keto Cure which is good.
If and when the shops reopen The Works has a good range of recipe books, good price too. I always find it better to flick through them to make sure there are a few recipes you like the look of before buying.
