I thought this might be useful information for you all after making some enquiries on low carb breads. It's so good to know that these are out there as one thing I do miss sometimes is a nice sandwich

Livlife (Waitrose)
Burgen (most supermarkets)
High protein roll (Lidl, hope to buy these at the weekend and try them out on my BS levels)
High Pro, low carb loaf (Tesco but my local Tesco don't stock these anymore)
Hi-Low (Sainsburys, have got a loaf of this in the freezer at the moment but haven't tried it yet on my BS levels)

I also have Nimble which is a bit delicate but very nice & lowish carb.
