Low carb bread

Vital wheat gluten is wheat flour with the starch removed, what's left is the gluten which is a protein and which gives dough its elasticity.

Yeah I was thinking I might have a go at some seitan recipes now I've got the stuff 🙂

@Lisa65 just to say a quick thank you for this recipe. I have made the rolls a few times now and they are fantastic. While I still make the fat head dough rolls from the Freshwell app, I find these more bread like and great for lunches and toasted with my breakfast.
