Low after snack

An alternative treatment, particularly in the evening, might be to buy a box of glucose powder (available in boots/superdrug certainly) and put a couple of teaspoons in a glass of milk. It doesnt taste too sweet, gives the milk an extra kick, and is easier to ingest than glucotabs.
Gluco juice can be bought cheaper off amazon btw.

Hi Stacey I nearly always buy my gluco juice from Amazon - I have a delivery arriving today 🙂
