I thought bacon egg and sausage was perfectly good for us diabetics
that DOES sound like heaven. I worked in a bacon packing factory for about 2 months when a student over the summer holidays.

You could go to the canteen for lunch and get as much bacon as you wanted for next to nothing, and sausages. Only problem was, after packing it all day (and seeing the odd "damaged package that had gone bad" you didn't really much fancy bacon lol

What is LCHF please?
Hi @Dockyardgill , LCHF is low carbohydrates, high fat Don't worry bout the high fat bit, it doesn't mean eating a pack of lard, it just means, full fat yogurts, cream butter that sort of thing.
