thanks lost 1 stone in a month but that was a cancer scare and now its 1-2 pounds a week which i guess im happy with its just i want it all now if u know wot i meanWell done on your weight loss so far. I would second @Vonny and suggest you aim for a moderate steady loss of 2kg per month which is kinder on your body and don't worry if the weight loss is not consistent. As long as the trend is downwards and you are feeling well. We are always here to follow your progress and support you. I am due more blood tests next week one of which I suspect will be cholesterol levels again. Fingers crossed the diet changes in the last 6 months have helped.
