Hi Everyone.
i know cutting done on how much you eat and exercising helps you too loose weight but is there any foods that help?
please help.. i really want to loose a few pounds please help
 
The only thing I can suggest is portion control and cutting way down on most of the good stuff like butter, cream, cheese. Going for low fat options helps but you should check what's been added in place of the fats to make it taste good. Your best option, if you can, is to cook from scratch so you know what's in what you're eating.
 
the best thing to do is cut out snacking and cut out diet fizzy drinks, although they do not have sugar in them they do not help with weight loss as they make your stomach swell which gives you the feeling of hunger as there is more room for the food.
 
I normally drink the volvic flavoured water ... is that ok- they do a diet version.
Recently i have been drinking a bit of fizzy drinks- i have noticed my stomach swelling when drinking fizzy drinks:(
I want to loose a few pounds nothing drastic but just a lil.
 
How much fizzy do you drink and how often? the volvic waters are fine but as with anything. you can have to much of a good thing. the flavourings in them aren't that great for you either as they aren't fruit flavourings but synthetic.

I started drinking flavoured water about a month ago more often. i really want to loose weight , i just dont know how to do it
 
but how much fizzy do you drink? you need to cut out snacking, and cut down on portion sizes for main meals. you need to eat 3 meals a day. missing a meal or over eating the next meal does the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve. cut down the sugary foods or foods with high carbs
 
The flavoured waters used to give me a hangover effects 😱 I used to half and half them with plain water. Then I gradually weaned myself off them.
I now just drink plain bottled water.
You could also use a smaller plate 😛
