well made afew adjustments to my eating habits and i have lost (according to our bathroom scales which do water and bmi etc) 2.6kg in roughly 8 days started at 103.9 and am 101.3 tonight. No real exercise, i have gone down the low carb route.
brekkie 2 eggs scrambled cup of green tea
lunch/break lidl protien roll tuna and mayo (mayo is hellmans virtually no carbs/sugar) 2 sticks celery and 30g of mature cheddar cheese then satsuma
dinner when i get is cauli and carrots with whatever wife has cooked me ie fish chicken then some home made yoghurt
rinse and repeat 🙂
so no real carbs till i get in from work
