Kellogs All Bran has a bit too much sugar for me. Would appreciate any suggestions please.

At 48g carb/100g All Bran is one of the lower carb cereals. Low sugar Granola e g Lizi's is a bit less but most cereals are pretty high carb which is why many Type 2s avoid them. I have full fat Greek yoghurt with berries and a scattering of either of the above to give some crunch.
 
Why do you need a bran flake equivalent?
All cereals are high carb.

When eating lower carb diets, natural yoghurt with a few berries is a common breakfast.
 
Thanks for the informed advice. I don't want to eat anything that's high in sugar. I quite like cereals so was hoping there would be something. I like Greek yoghurt more though...
 
It is worth thinking about a fibre supplement like psyllium husk and or chia seeds if you decide to cut out cereals, particularly if you have been used to eating All Bran. I add both psyllium and chia in my breakfast yoghurt and berries on a morning to increase my fibre intake which really helps my digestive system.

You perhaps need to revisit your terminology ' I don't want to eat anything that's high in sugar' as don't forget it is all carbohydrate not just sugar you need to be careful of.
Many things can be low sugar but high carb. To take your cereals example, puffed wheat, pretty well no sugar 0.6g/100g but 69g carb/ 100g. They are very light so you may not actually ever have 100g but you get my drift.
 
Sugar really only determines the speed of the spike in BG, not how much it will spike by xx
