I know I have read about it somewhere on this forum but I cant think where, I should have written it down but my brain is on holiday it seems
anyway I am looking for some free software or program that helps you track your BG and makes graphs and things for you
please can anyone help me out with a name for it as I really would like to try it

thanks

no it wasn't that, it was something you could use on your computer
I have issues with apps as I have a nokia windows phone so often apps aren't available for it which is the case with this one, the only apps I can get on my phone seem to be American and use the mg/dL measurements rather than the mmol/L
I wish I could remember the thread I read it in
but thank you

ok I think I found it its mylifestyle on diabetes.co.uk
just has a tracker for various things and does graphs that you can print off gonna give it a go anyway
