Hmmm I've never tried cous cous and not sure on how my levels would react, I'm worried that it would react the same way it did with pasta so I'm uncomfortable with trying new foods at the moment, that' part of my problem, I like fish, meat etc but it's finding carbs to add to it that's more of the problemHow about Cous Cous and throw in some peppers, carrots, sweetcorn, peas, meat of your choice
