No I haven't to be honest at the moment I lack the energy to get up at that time to test, its that bad by this time I lack the energy to walk through the house :( x
Why walk anywhere at 3am? Just place meter and a torch beside your bed, so you won't disturb anyone else in the room.

I'd recommend doing a night time test, as it will be the only way to see what is happening. For the sake of being half awake for 1 minute, it's worth it.

Hi , I find it depends what I eat for evening meal. New, Plain boiled potatoes Tend to keep me lower ie... 7.6 before bed and 5.5 ish on getting up in morning.
Or roastties chips cream not that much on my strawbs then its 8 ish before bed and 8 ish when I wake up so its fighting against fat and cream.
Experiment and make notes then you can see where to have a snack or not before bedtime.

I tend to have either a small handful of peanuts or a couple of squares of 85% choc before bed. Definitely kills dawn phenomenon for me.

It doesn't seem to matter what I eat at evening meal the 7.0 before bed on sunday was after 3 full of fat sausages but I still dropped to 4.8 x

I had half although I shouldn't have as was 6.2 but woke to 5.4, I emailed Paul this afternoon about it and he called me a while later he says to just continue with the biscuit or half for now but I'm currently even more puzzled by todays results so far! lol x

6.2 to 5.4 is what I call stable!

Before going on the pump (I don't have so much problems now) I would have cheese before bed. Didn't rise my sugars but stopped me going low too.
