Hello, I am looking for a recommendation for a concise and simple diary to record blood glucose results plus weight and blood pressure if poss. Also, are there any simple Android apps which chart progress?
Many thanks,
T

hello @SussexLass
MySugr seems to be a popular App that many people use
Personally I prefer to use an Excel spreadsheet as I can set it up in a way that suites how and what I want to record.

I bought an A5 spiral bound notebook. Page per day, I mark each page into columns with time, consumption, cals, carbs and BG. I'm on a computer all day at work and fed up with spreadsheets by the evening so it's easier for me to just jot stuff down as I'm eating or monitoring, and total it at the end of the day. I also make a note of how many miles I've walked each day. Actually, thinking about it, an android app might be easier!

There are lots of BG logging apps to choose from (I’m another who favours mysugr). It all depends on what you are after, and the which style and logging processes suit your needs best.

Often there is a free version to let you try it out, then some offer extra fancy features with payment or subscription.

Just stumbled upon an offer from mysugr. During the covid-19 pandemic mysugr pro which usually costs £20.99 per year, is being offered a years subscription for free. This is for all blood glucose monitoring devices regardless of manufacturer.
