For about a week I've been spiking 3+ after my breakfast which was usually burgen and granola. After some experimentation It appears that burgen and mornings no longer mix well for me. This morning I tried Lizi's Granola on it's own and the results were interesting. Because I wanted to see what was happening I tested every hour. Pre breakfast - 5.5, 8.15 - 5.7, 9.15 - 4.9, 10.15 - 4.9 ,11.15 - 5.0 and 12.15 5.2 I did over bolus slightly because I slightly underestimated the amount of granola for 20g carbs.
 
I would suggest from that that maybe you didnt overbolus at all - perhaps you need to check your carb ratios, because those numbers are fab!

Only a very slight over bolus I had 18g of carbs rather than my intended 20 so I would have probably ended up at about 5.5 rather than 5.2 but whose quibbling about .3.........not I🙂

More than fab! 🙂 I spike up to about 16 if I don't jump on my ex bike straight after breakfast. 🙄 Beautifully done, Khskel.
 
Same breakfast this morning to prove it wasn't a fluke
