Not sure I would have yoghurt and milk as that will make the yoghurt watery (just my personal taste) and adding the apple adds carbs, so you would need to test.
I tend to have yogurt, mixed seeds and small portion of berries or stewed rhubarb at the moment with just s sprinkle of Nutty Granola... which is usually just about 5g-10g granola, so no more than 5g carbs. An apple adds about 15g carbs and in fact I seem to be able to extract more glucose from apples than they are supposed to contain so I usually just have half one day and half the next, but not with breakfast..... usually for lunch with a chunk of nice cheese.
