LivLife low carb high protein bread (3.8g carbs per slice) is back on the shelves in my local Waitrose. They are doing a two loaves for £2 offer at present in case anyone is interested. I bought a couple extra for the freezer today.
 
Me too I love burgen soya and linseed but this sounds a much lower alternative Thanks
 
Sainsbury's also do a Hi-Lo bread which is slightly higher carbs per slice but also very nice. Not available in all their stores and about £1.50 per loaf. You can look online to see where it is stocked. I do like a slice of bread with my boiled egg in the morning 🙂
