A discussion of symptoms of Liver problems and diabetes ...from Times Entertainment !

In my experience, the last sentence is the one that matters. I'd say it's the best way for most of us 'dietary' PDs (pre-diabetics) and T2Ds to lose weight, lower blood glucose and avoid complications.

How to reverse the damage done to the liver?

... significant lifestyle modifications are key: gradual weight loss through a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats (like those found in olive oil and fish), along with regular physical activity, can dramatically reduce liver fat and inflammation.
