You could very well be dehydrated just with the weather.
I am doing the annual service of knitting machines at the University and am drinking half a litre every hour just to keep sweating - the concrete buildings are like ovens as you walk in. There is air conditioning but it can't be used due to the Covid regulations.

Are you able to monitor your blood pressure at home as high or low blood pressure can cause light headiness or dizziness. If so and it is not normal for you then your blood pressure medication may need adjustment, with medical approval though.

Could it be the heat? A few people have been telling me they feel dizzy and stuff just lately.

I just finished off the last of the 24 machines and I have begun to do the paperwork so I can put in my bill.
Even being there for just a few hours I have drunk about 2 pints, one of water one of squash to counteract the drying out.
I tend to make drinking a mug of something a matter of routine - first thing in the morning, before eating, mid afternoon, before dinner and so on - small amounts regularly, at least all through the hottest part of the year.
I think I learned not to drink in the time before diagnosis, so now I have to make it a habit.
