OK, so I had heart attack number 2 just over 2 months ago.. and subsequently have finally started taking my health seriously. My blood sugar management is good now, and I have lost some weight (1 stone lost to 13st 3lb), and I am at week 6 of the couch to 5k. All good. For the last 6 weeks though I am suffering from light headedness every time I stand up. Every time. I am monitoring my blood pressure, and it is pretty good I think (109/75), and my resting heart rate has improved (from 73 to 57). Every metric tells me I am getting healthier, but at the moment, I am increasingly likely to fall on my face because I stood up.
My next diabetic nurse appointment isn't for a month, but I am wondering if I should see a doc before then?
