Morning everyone, I am recently diagnosed T2 and found it difficult to kick out the rubbish from my diet. Just had holiday in the Canaries - I only ate healthy clean food - nothing processed, no bread, cakes, snacks, sweets etc and swam everyday. This has motivated me to finally change my lifestyle, starting to feel good (on the inside too) I now control food, not food controlling me ❤️ C x
