Hello folks,

I did an IPhone OS update this morning. In the LibreLink app now when I scan my sensor I’ve started getting an annoying ‘Scan Completed’ that you have to confirm to get rid of. Before I installed the update this morning I just scanned my sensor and got a bleep confirmation, which was much better.
Anyone else getting this?

Nope. I’ve just updated my iPhone XR to OS 13.1.2 and it works just fine- except it asked if I want to use Bluetooth, which is interesting, because that means Libre 2 is due soon. Which phone are you using?

It’s an iPhone 7, it did the same asking me if i wanted to use Bluetooth.
I’ve since discovered that the confirmation window does disappear on its own.... but it’s still annoying!

I suspect that's just the change in OS. I've been getting lots of notifications of apps getting my location, so I suspect the app has always wanted Bluetooth, and now the OS is mentioning it. (My phone recently got Android 10, which has rather similar behaviour now. So the two seem to be converging on more sensible behaviour.)

I’ve no idea why that might be happening. Mine just fires up ready to scan. Maybe it’s the answer you give to the Bluetooth question?

It’s irritating me too @Uller !! I’m iPhone 8

As you say it does go away itself quite quickly. I don’t like change 😉
