Hello,

Wondering if you can help or offer advice before I ring Abbott.

My mother has the libre linkup app so she can be notified if I go low, under 4.8mmol for me.
For the last few nights, she has been receiving the alarms in the morning but I haven’t…!

She then goes into panic mode as she can see the low, and the arrows, and tries to call me many times, however my phone is often on silent through the night.

For example, my low glucose alarm went off at 5am, but it was 4 something so I rolled over and went to sleep, I felt fine but around 6.45, my mums app was going off and wouldn’t stop alarming her but I received nothing. I naturally woke at 7.30 and checked my phone to several missed calls! I checked my app and I was 3.9, which should of caused an alarm but it didnt!

I’ve restarted the app, checked and readjusted settings both app and phone- not updated to IOS 17 yet! and hope that helps, but wonders if anyone else has/had this?!

Thanks!
