I have been using the Libre2 for 11 months and overall it has been good. Any issues have been dealt with by Abbott. Yesterday I replaced my sensor and 20 hours later a message on the reader when I went to scan said to replace the sensor. It said your sensor is not working please replace it with a new one. I have sent an email to Abbott. Has anyone had this issue. At the time I was reading a book and it scanned 15 minutes previously.
Thank in advance

Not had that particular problem but you did the right thing reporting it to Abbott. The report means they provide a replacement at their expense - rather than the NHS paying for it.

I have had it occasionally, and replaced by Abbbott. I ring them.

Hi. I've had that happen once. Abbott will always replace it. They asked me for the error code showing on my phone.

I’ve had it a few times. Abbott are very good they send a replacement out and usually get it within a week They sometimes ask to send the faulty one back to them.
