Does anyone use the patches / sticker things on their Libre?
Mine had started to peel I think due to the heat and the sweating ha.
Please suggest some I can look at, prefer to go off user experience. Many thanks
It’s probably just the edge that’s lifting although you always imagine it’s the whole thing!
Funky pumpers do “plasters” to go round the libre at about £1.40 each which hold them on. Different shapes and styles. Some of us also use tagaderm dressings which you can get from chemists and cut a little hole in it to line up with the hole on the libre. Can’t remember how much they are but probably about £1
Another vote for Tegaderm here, you can buy them cheaply on Amazon if you can’t find them at the chemist, 6x7 size fits well. I found micropore tape almost useless, although someone on here recently commented that if you buy actual Micropore and not cheaper own brands it works better, maybe that’s where I was going wrong!
Opsite flexifix, or hypofix whenever I have wanted to stick a sensor down (which is rare). For Libre, remember to cut a hole for the central hole in the sensor, to allow the skin under the sensor to breathe 🙂
