How accurate does everyone find the Hba1c estimate? I have only had 1 blood test at doctors since starting to use the Libre 6 months ago and I was pleasantly surprised as my libre app estimated a Hba1c of 7.5% and the doctors result was 6.9%. Is it normal for the blood test to be a bit lower ?

For me HBA1C estimate is always lower, than the laboratory one.

It depends, some results are higher than what the Libre predicts, you could generally judge if your Libre reads higher or lower than your bloods what way its going to work out, but mines was bang on with lab results last time xx

No it is usually the other way around although the Libre will often read higher when your BG is high and lower when your BG is low so if you get a lot of hypos or lower range readings then the Libre prediction for HbA1c will likely be lower than the blood test whereas if you get a lot of high readings or spikes then it may predict a bit higher.
The HbA1c test is skewed towards the most recent readings so that if you have done significantly better in the past few weeks/month than you did in the preceding 2 months then your HbA1c will likely be better than a straight average of the whole 3 month period would suggest. I don't know if that is factored into the Libre algorithm.
Regardless, many congrats on your great HbA1c result.

All of those conversions seem to underestimate for me.
