I did find that accessing it on my mobile phone it wasn’t available but when I used the laptop it was there, not sure why the difference.

I also got a text off Parcel Force this morning with the tracking link provided direct to their website.

I dont use my mobile for emails, that maybe it. I can track for other co companies on my laptop.
