I don't know too much about dexcom 1 to be honest, other than someone on here has tried it and said reader was rubbish, and its not got the connectivity of other dexcoms, but it is cheap...the reader is like £60 compared to £250 for dexcom (was it 6 or 7) and i think its priced cheaper than libre. Not sure its offered locally on nhs. I was thinking of trying it but the rubbishness of the receiver has put me off, and answers on here made me more confident of getting a dexcom
