Letter within box not what i thought

got my bowel cancer screening kit mid last week and wasn't aware the hospital had only put a letter inside the box about another procedure surely you would of thought they would of sent the letter through the normal post route. guess that is one way of saving stamps 🙄

i am starting the screening process in the morning but when i opened the box i thought at first the piece of paper was some kind of instructions i mean eh
 
Sounds good that they’re making simple cost savings like combining postage.
 
seems to be a clever and good way of saving costs no matter how small just took me by surprise when i opened the box up as i have had one of these before and it only contained instructions and what ever.

as long as they don't send me a DIY surgical kit 🙂

Every penny counts considering the astronomical waste that goes on in the NHS.
